Some experts and personnel GSP requested by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) Institute of Technology - Surabaya, completing the feasibility study plant PT Semen Indonesia Tbk in several locations: Bayah - Banten, Sangatta - East Kalimantan, Sentani - Papua, and Kotabaru - South Kalimantan. As for the industrial activities are planned ferronickel smelter built in Situbondo - East Java.
GSP personnel assigned to investigate and assess the feasibility, especially on environmental and social aspects for the planning and construction of cement plants and the ferronickel industry. The activities carried out starting from primary and secondary data collection, to evaluate the carrying capacity of the environment and the public perception of plant development plan, predict changes that will occur when the plant was built, and recommend the feasibility of environmental and social aspects.
